The manifestation of CRE8 Advisors started in 2002, when our founding partner Rommie Mojahed and designated broker Eddie Gonzalez were valeting cars together at the Ritz Carlton in Downtown Phoenix. Rommie entered the industry over twenty years ago and quickly became a major contributor to the success of SVN Desert Commercial Advisors. He added Lindsey Dulle to his team 10 years later, followed by Eddie Gonzalez three years after that. Both became critical members of his team, growing together throughout the valley in a number of departments but specializing in retail and land development deals throughout The Valley. When Chad Shipley retired from the Phoenix Police Department in 2021, he brought his relationships and problem solving skills to the team, cementing the team Rommie would bring to CRE8 when he and Andy founded the company in 2022.
After working with together on numerous deals for more than twenty years and becoming great friends, Rommie's team and Andy decided to join forces and start CRE8 Advisors. Andy previously lead his own brokerage, Kroot & Associates, and became one of the leading brokers in tenant and landlord representation for over 30 years in The Valley. Andy has collaborated with groups like Fox Restaurant Concepts, Mastro Restaurant Group, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, while developing properties for companies such as Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Guys and Subway, among others.
Rommie and Andy both saw the unlimited potential of a collaboration, and with over 60 years of experience and thousands of transactions closed, the CRE8 team provides clients with the most comprehensive set of commercial real estate expertise in The Valley.
