Rommie Mojahed
Partner
Rommie Mojahed, has over 20 years of experience in retail tenant representation, pre-leasing, leasing, and land research and acquisition for development opportunities. Rommie participates in the identification and contact of target tenants for retail developments, negotiation execution, and works as a liaison between landlord and tenant. Rommie has extensive training and experience in customer service and public relations. Rommie has experience with trade area feasibility, market analysis and works with economic development staff on a national level to identify viable sites for tenants in regional and national expansion plans. Rommie currently represents Tenants and Landlords in local and national site selection for lease and/ or acquisition and is involved with numerous tenants in regional and national expansion. Rommie works with expansion strategies with local regional and national tenants and represents local landlords in marketing efforts targeted to attract viable tenants that fit with today’s market conditions.
Over the last few years Rommie has been recognized and awarded 2022 Influencer in Retail by GlobeSt./Real Estate Forum, 2022 Retail Broker by AZ Business Leaders by AZ Big Media and in early 2023, he also served on the CCIM/IREM Economic Forecast Panel.
Andy Kroot

Andy has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is recognized as an expert in designing strategies for market roll-outs and expansions, primarily focused on tenant representation. Andy has designed and executed the strategies and expansions for such national retailers as Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Wells Fargo, Bassett Furniture, Walgreens, Goodwill Industries, 24 Hour Fitness & Arco AM/PM.
In addition, Andy has specialized on market expansions for national and local upscale restaurants, including Mastro Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Frasca Hospitality Group and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and for fast-casual restaurants such as Ahipoki Bowl, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Taco Bell, Krispy Kreme, El Pollo Loco, Nekter and Cheba Hut. Andy has developed properties for national restaurants including Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Guys, and Subway as well as retailers like Sherwin Williams and NextCare.
Prior to creating his own brokerage firm, Andy was a principal at Velocity Retail Group, and before then, De Rito Partners in Phoenix, focusing on brokerage and development, including the development of over 3 million square feet of retail space for national developers such as Kimco, Triyar, WM Grace, and Glimcher Properties.
Andy and his wife, Julie reside in Paradise Valley, Arizona with their three children and two dogs. Andy enjoys hiking, tennis, and traveling

Lindsey Dulle

Meet Lindsey Dulle, an Arizona native with over 13 years of commercial real estate experience in the retail leasing and investment sale arena. She spent 9 years at SVN both in Orange County and Phoenix in both a marketing role and now brokerage. Lindsey started out in a marketing/operations role where she worked directly with sale and leasing teams to increase productivity, improve efficiencies, and provide support various teams of Advisors. In the last 5 years Lindsey has transitioned to more brokerage while still helping the team with operations, marketing and a smooth transition to starting CRE8 Commercial Real Estate in 2023!
In 2022, Lindsey was recognized by Connect CRE’s annual Women in Real Estate Awards program as one of their Phoenix/Southwest honorees.
Lindsey comes with a solid background and knowledge of commercial real estate, marketing, brokerage, and project management. She is committed to delivering exceptional service to her clients and has earned a reputation for excellence in the industry. Lindsey resides in Scottsdale with her husband and 3 young boys. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with family, watching her kids play sports, the outdoors and enjoying being back in her hometown of Scottsdale.
Chad Shipley

Meet Chad Shipley, an Arizona native who specializes in retail sales/leasing and land acquisition. Chad learned the value and importance of customer service as a young man while working at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel with fellow CRE8 team members Eddie Gonzalez and Rommie Mojahed. Chad hasn’t forgotten the impact that excellent customer service has on relationships and strives to continue this practice. He is a loyal and honest person who puts relationships before profit.
Chad joined the Phoenix Police Department and served the community for 20 years before retiring honorably. Out of all of Chad’s uniformed, tactical, and investigative assignments, his most challenging and rewarding was as a Detective in the Crimes Against Children Unit. While there, he spent almost 4 years dedicating himself as a child advocate and to holding those who harm children accountable. Chad’s detective experience has proven to be an asset during his time as a commercial broker. His knack for problem solving, analytical thinking, and intelligence gathering are valued skillsets to the CRE8 team.
Chad lives in the Southeast Valley with his wife and 2 children. He and his family are members of Rock Point Church in Queen Creek. In his free time, Chad enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, riding his dirt bike, going to car shows, antique hunting, and enjoying the company of his friends and family.
